I ordered the black and natural color heavyweight twill tape for some hats. The shipment came fairly quickly and these were exactly what I was looking for in terms of the heavy weight. They are exactly as described on the website. However- one roll was missing about 11yd so I emailed customer service and John responded immediately to resolve the issue by sending me the missing 11 yard. Great customer service and product. I haven't used this tape yet. Will be making cloth shopping bags and needed it for the handles. It looks strong enough and I'm sure it will work just fine. I can't honestly say it is excellent because it has not been used yet.
